Welcome to the Colorado GAP Data Download Center. This site provides habitat affinities modules used in the Colorado Gap Analysis Project and species distribution maps produced from the information contained in the modules. 
 

Data Facts 
 

  •  CO-GAP data is Geographic Information Systems (GIS) spatial data.  
  •  Data is provided in ESRI formats and GIS software is required to view the data. 
  •  This data is  in UTM Zone13, Nad27 projection and provided by 30 X 60 minute blocks.  
  •  Metadata is viewable on-screen and downloadable separate from the data. 
  •  All files are gzip files which can be uncompressed using WinZip©.
